CCTV installation in Muratpasa (Muratpaşa) is the IP camera and recording work we carry out in our home district for offices, clinics, shops, large residential sites, apartments in Lara and city hotels, from the first survey to ongoing maintenance. Our office is in Etiler, so for a project in Muratpaşa a survey, a missing part during installation or a small adjustment after handover is only a short drive away. The district runs from Kaleiçi, the old town, along the coast to Lara, where many foreign residents and holiday-home owners live. Our other services here are on the Muratpaşa region page.
A camera plan for each type of building
In one day we may work on an office floor in a business tower, a clinic and a hotel in Lara. Each needs something different:
| Building | Typical size | Recording and network | What we watch closely |
|---|---|---|---|
| Office floor in a business tower | 8 to 30 cameras | One NVR, PoE switch in the floor cabinet | Keeping it apart from the building's own system |
| Clinic or medical practice | 6 to 25 cameras | One NVR in a locked cabinet | Patient privacy, limited access |
| Shop, Kaleiçi boutique | 4 to 20 cameras | Compact NVR | Till angle, hiding cable in historic buildings |
| Apartment or residence in Lara | 20 to 30 cameras for the shared areas | One NVR, one or two PoE switches | Owner access from abroad, management permissions |
| Large residential site | 100 to 250 cameras | Several NVRs or a VMS, fibre between blocks | Block cabinets, role-based permissions |
| City hotel in Lara | 100 to 400 cameras | VMS, RAID storage, fibre backbone | Central control room, separate VLAN |
Offices, clinics and shops
In business towers the shared-area cameras usually belong to building management. A tenant company wants its own system for its floor: the floor entrance, reception, the server room door and the open-plan office. For an office of 20 to 30 cameras, one NVR and a PoE switch are enough, and we place them in the company's own rack next to its network equipment. When we need the building's riser for cabling, we agree permission and routing with building management in advance.
At clinics, cameras stay in the waiting room, the entrance, the medicine cabinet and the corridors. We never place cameras in examination or treatment rooms, and only the clinic owner and the people they authorise can reach the recorder.
At this size the storage plan is simple but should not be skipped. With resolution, H.265 compression and motion recording set together, an office of 20 to 30 cameras can keep a month of footage on sensible disk capacity. We also recommend putting the recorder and switch on a UPS so short power cuts do not leave gaps in the recording.
For shops and boutique businesses in the historic buildings of Kaleiçi, the look of the cabling matters. We run cameras and cable indoors along existing frames and ceiling lines. Before mounting anything on the facade of a listed building, we ask the owner to confirm the permit situation.
Apartments and residences in Lara
Lara's residences and apartment complexes are home to many owners who live abroad for part of the year. They usually ask two things: can I see the entrance and car park from home, and does recording continue while I am away? For the complex we cover the gate, the car park, block entrances, the pool and lift lobbies; the management board decides which of these owners can see on their phones. For a single flat or a penthouse terrace, a few cameras on the owner's own account are enough. Recording stays on the local NVR, so a broken internet connection does not mean lost footage.
CCTV installation in Muratpasa for Lara hotels and large sites
At Lara's city and resort hotels the camera count easily goes past 100. Our founder spent many years as IT manager at luxury resort hotels, so we know what security, front office and technical teams expect from the cameras at a property this size. In these projects we design the following together:
- splitting recording across several NVRs or bringing it under one VMS,
- a storage plan with longer retention for points like cash desks and the lobby, shorter for corridors,
- a PoE switch and cabinet in each block and fibre between blocks,
- a central control room with a video wall and separate user permissions for security, management and technical staff.
The same logic applies to Muratpaşa's large multi-block residential sites; only the viewing points change to the gatehouse and the management office. For hotels that want to watch several properties from one head office, a stable connection matters as much as the cameras, and a Metro Ethernet business line is worth considering. More on our hotel work is on the hotels page.
Brands and technology
We supply and install Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet. Almost all our new projects are IP-based. For hotels and sites with older analogue systems, we plan the switch block by block so no area goes unrecorded.
Privacy
Under KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, camera footage is personal data, and at clinics it sits next to health information, which makes it even more sensitive. Entrances need information signs, a retention period must be set, and access to recordings should be limited to authorised people. We set up user accounts on that basis and mask any angle that sees too much of a neighbouring business or public space.
