CCTV installation in Belek and Serik covers the IP security camera systems we design and install for everything from large resorts and golf facilities in Belek to shops, offices and farms around central Serik. Belek is one of Turkey's best-known golf destinations, and a single property here can stretch across a very large area. Putting cameras into a site like that is closer to building the network of a small town. In central Serik the needs are simpler: shops, offices, warehouses and agricultural businesses.

Two scales, two different designs

Even with the same camera brand, a shop with 25 cameras and a resort with 350 cameras are built very differently. The main differences:

Area20 to 30 cameras (shop, office, villa)100 to 400 cameras (resort, golf facility)
RecordingOne NVR, 16 or 32 channelsSeveral NVRs or server-based VMS
NetworkOne PoE switch, copper cablePoE switch in each block, fiber backbone between blocks
Storage2 to 4 disks, sized to the number of days requiredRAID storage, recording continues if a disk fails
MonitoringPhone app and a single monitorControl room with a video wall and operator desk
PermissionsOne or two usersDepartment-based roles and camera groups

CCTV installation in Belek resorts: what we look at

Beach, gardens and golf course

The beachfront and piers take salty wind head on. There we use IP67 rated, corrosion-resistant cameras on stainless mounts. Across wide gardens and golf areas, rather than placing a camera at every spot, we prioritise footpaths, entrance gates and service roads. For long distances, bullet cameras with extended IR range or PTZ cameras do the job well.

Car parks and service entrances

The guest car park, the staff service entrance and the supplier loading ramp are each treated separately. Licence plate recognition cameras keep vehicle entry records in order. Matching camera footage with the access control system on staff doors, using the same timestamps, speeds up any investigation after an incident.

The control room

No operator can watch hundreds of cameras at once. In the VMS we set up camera groups, event-triggered views and a floor plan map, so the operator's attention goes where it is needed. Control room location, screen layout and the uninterruptible power supply are all part of the project.

Pre-season checks

Most Belek properties run at low occupancy or partly close in winter, which makes it a good maintenance window for the camera system. We clean lenses, open and check junction boxes that have taken in moisture, replace disks based on their health and update recorder firmware. We also fix views that have been blocked by growing trees or a new pergola. When the season opens, the control room starts with a complete system.

The network underneath it all

In resorts, cameras often share the same physical network as guest WiFi, IPTV and hotel management systems. We keep camera traffic on its own VLAN and connect the blocks with a fiber optic backbone. Cabinets and labelling follow structured cabling practice, which makes tracing a fault years later far easier.

Central Serik and agricultural sites

In central Serik we install systems of 8 to 30 cameras for shops, pharmacies, offices and warehouses. The priorities are a clear picture, simple operation and viewing from a phone. On farms and storage sites across the Serik plain, long distances, limited power and dust are the bigger issues, and some points are linked to the main building by fiber or a wireless bridge. Smaller hotels and apartment businesses in Kadriye and Boğazkent sit between the two scales; two NVRs, a few PoE switches and a short fiber link between buildings are often enough.

Brands

We supply and install Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet equipment and recommend a mix based on scale, budget and what is already installed.

KVKK compliance

Guests and staff who appear in recordings are personal data under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. Areas need information signs, a defined retention period and access limited through user permissions. We configure the system accordingly and make sure there is a log of who viewed which recording.

Surveys in Belek and Serik

Our founder has worked in IT since 2006 and spent many years as IT manager at luxury resort hotels, so we know from the inside how a large property's control room works and why pre-season maintenance matters. Frequently Asked Questions

Our Belek property has more than 300 cameras. Can they all be monitored from one place?
Yes. We spread recording across several NVRs or a VMS server and bring every camera into a single interface in the control room. Operators then work through floor plans and camera groups.
How many cameras does a golf course or other large open area need?
The layout of the site decides the number, which we work out during the survey. Instead of covering every spot, we cover passage points such as entrance gates, service roads and footpaths, and use PTZ or long-range IR cameras for distant areas.
Can the camera system share infrastructure with the hotel's guest WiFi?
The physical cabling and fiber backbone can be shared, but we keep camera traffic on a separate VLAN. That way guest traffic does not slow down recording, and the cameras cannot be reached from the guest network.
Can you install a system for my shop in central Serik that I can watch on my phone?
Yes. At that size we install a simple system with one NVR and a PoE switch. At handover we set up the phone app with you and show you how to look through recordings.
Do you carry out installations during the season?
We handle small additions and camera replacements during the season without disturbing guests. For larger work such as cabling or a control room upgrade, we recommend planning it for the low-occupancy period.
