Network installation in Antalya OSB, the Organised Industrial Zone in Dosemealti, is where ÖZER Bilişim works with factories, production plants and warehouses: industrial networks, fiber between buildings, IP cameras, staff time and attendance (PDKS) and fire detection, with 24/7 technical support for the systems we commission. Besides the industrial zone, the district also has greenhouses, farms and new housing areas. Network installation in Antalya OSB: what we find on site
A factory network runs under very different conditions from an office network. The production hall, dispatch bay, warehouse and admin building are often separate structures, and the distances between them go beyond what copper cable can handle. Standard Ethernet cable is reliable up to 100 metres; anything longer should run on fiber.
Tall metal racks and sheet metal roofs in warehouses reflect wireless signals and create dead spots in the aisles. If a forklift driver scanning barcodes loses connection there, dispatch waits. That is why we plan warehouse WiFi by measuring against the actual rack layout.
Dust, heat and vibration on the production floor are a separate issue. A cabinet placed in the hall with an unfiltered fan in the wrong spot overheats in summer, and switches restart at the worst moments. In an Antalya summer the temperature inside a closed sheet metal hall gets very high, so cabinets and devices have to be chosen with that in mind.

Systems we install for factories and warehouses
Factory networks
We separate production, office, camera and guest traffic with VLANs and install a redundant core switch. Keeping the network with machines and PLCs apart from the office network makes it much harder for malware on one computer to reach production. We work with Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie and TP-Link Omada. For the line itself, we provide Metro Ethernet business internet as FACE TELEKOM's authorised dealer in Antalya.
Fiber cabling across the plot
We connect the buildings on the plot with a fiber backbone and hand it over with splice records and OTDR test reports. Inside each building we install Cat6/Cat6A cabling with labelled cabinets.
Perimeter security and plate recognition
We install night-vision IP cameras along the fence line, cameras that read number plates at the gate, and cameras covering the loading bays. Time and attendance (PDKS) and access control
In factories that run shifts, clock-in and clock-out records have to reach payroll correctly. We install card, face recognition or fingerprint terminals, turnstiles and door control, and make sure reports come out in the format your accounts team uses.
Fire detection
High-ceilinged halls, dusty production areas and warehouses each need the right type of detector. We design systems to Turkish regulations with an addressable panel, suitable detectors and manual call points.
Servers and backup

Greenhouses and new housing areas
For greenhouses and farms in Dosemealti we install outdoor cameras that cover wide open areas, and point-to-point wireless links to reach distant spots. - Survey: we inspect the halls, cabinets and routes between buildings, and find out when production can be paused.
- Design: the fiber route, cabinet positions, camera angles and equipment list are delivered in writing.
- Installation: steps that need an outage are scheduled between shifts, at weekends or on planned maintenance days.
- Handover: the network diagram, IP plan, fiber test reports and cabinet labels stay with you.
- Support: we monitor the systems remotely and come on site when there is a fault.
