IT services in Alanya from ÖZER Bilişim mainly mean security systems for residential complexes and residences: CCTV, number plate recognition, card access and video intercoms, along with networks and WiFi for hotels, shops and restaurants. Complex security is our most requested job in Alanya. In multi-block complexes in Mahmutlar, Kestel, Oba and Tosmur, many owners are foreign nationals who spend only part of the year here. That means the systems have to be viewable remotely and easy for everyone to use, whatever language they speak.

Why complex and residence security is its own kind of job

In a complex, the security system is shared by dozens of apartments, the management office and the security staff. An owner in Germany or Norway may want to see the front of their building. The management office may want to check who came in and when. When a tenant leaves, their card has to be cancelled; when a new car arrives, its plate has to be added. All of this should be managed from one system without confusion.

Then there is the terrain. Alanya climbs steeply from the coast, and blocks in the same complex often stand at different levels. Digging trenches between them can be hard, so we plan cable routes around the slope, and sometimes use wireless bridges between blocks.

IT services in Alanya for complexes: from the gate to the management office

An Alanya complex security system usually has four parts. Installing them as one project, designed to work together, avoids the integration problems that otherwise show up later.

Vehicle entry and plate recognition

A plate recognition camera at the entrance opens the barrier automatically for registered vehicles. Visitors are approved from the security cabin, and every entry is recorded. We position the camera according to the ramp angle and the night lighting.

Pedestrian entry and card access

Card or tag access for block doors, the pool, the gym and the car park. Permissions are given per apartment, and when a tenant moves out they are cancelled in one step.

Video intercom

Residents can see and open the door from the apartment, take calls forwarded to their phone and talk to the security cabin. In complexes with residents from many countries, we choose models with a multilingual interface.

Cameras and monitoring from the management office

Entrance, car park, common area and perimeter cameras, with a monitoring screen in the management office and phone access for authorised people. We aim cameras only at common areas and put up the information signs required by KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, at the entrances. Our CCTV installation in Alanya page goes into camera choice and recording in more detail.

We handle the complex's common area internet and cabinet layout in the same project, with structured cabling and fiber links between blocks.

Hotel WiFi and hotel systems in Alanya

From city hotels in central Alanya to the large resorts in Konaklı, Türkler, Okurcalar and İncekum, we install wireless networks, IPTV and cameras. Our standard setup is separate networks for guests, staff and hotel systems, a backup internet line, and access logging that meets Law No. 5651. For the main line we provide Metro Ethernet business internet as FACE TELEKOM's authorised dealer in Antalya. More on our hotel IT services page.

Villas, shops and restaurants

For shops and restaurants: cameras on the till, stockroom and entrance, customer WiFi kept apart from the business network, and kitchen and service area cameras in restaurants. For a new shop we plan the cabling and fire detection together during the fit-out. Villa owners who want cameras, WiFi and automation they can manage from abroad can find more on our villa and smart home page.

Areas we cover

Central Alanya, Mahmutlar, Kestel, Oba, Tosmur, Cikcilli, Kargıcak, Payallar, Avsallar, İncekum, Türkler, Konaklı and Okurcalar. Heading west towards Antalya, we also work in Manavgat and Side.

How we work

We start by walking the complex or property, looking at the entry points, the different levels and the existing cables. You then receive a written proposal with the equipment list, layout plan and schedule. After installation we train the management and security staff on site, and prepare a short user guide in Turkish and English for residents.

Our office is in Antalya. We monitor systems in Alanya remotely, group on-site work into planned visits, and come out in an emergency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I watch the front of my apartment from my phone while I am abroad?
Access to common area cameras is decided by the complex management. If they agree, we can give apartment owners phone access to selected cameras. Video intercom calls can also be forwarded to your phone, so you can see who is at the door from anywhere.
How does plate recognition work for visitors' cars?
The barrier opens automatically for registered vehicles. For unregistered ones, the security guard sees the plate on screen and opens the barrier after approving it. Every entry is recorded with the date and time.
Who updates cards and plates when a tenant changes?
We set the system up so the management office can update it themselves, and we show the staff how. Cancelling a card or adding a new plate takes a few steps. If the management prefers, we can also do it remotely for them.
What if cable cannot be run between blocks on a sloping site?
We first check the existing pipes and duct routes. Where digging is too hard or too expensive, we install point-to-point wireless bridges between the blocks. If a suitable route exists, fiber is the more durable choice in the long run.
Can we upgrade the system without replacing our existing analogue cameras?
We look at the condition and image quality of the cameras first. In some complexes the analogue cameras can be moved to IP in stages, keeping the old cable for a while. During the survey we state in writing which cameras can stay and which should be replaced.
