IT and Low-Voltage Solutions for Hotels and Resorts in Antalya
ÖZER Bilişim's hotel IT solutions in Antalya cover the network, CCTV, IPTV, access control, fire detection, room automation, internet line and server infrastructure of a hotel, designed, installed and supported through the season by one team. Our founder has worked in IT since 2006 and spent many years as IT Manager at luxury resort hotels in Antalya. We know from the inside what a hotel IT team deals with in mid-season and which faults turn into guest complaints. ÖZER Bilişim was founded in 2025 on that experience.
Why one team for the whole hotel?
In many hotels, WiFi, cameras, IPTV and automation were installed by different companies in different years. When something fails, each company blames the other's system and the fix drags on for days. When one team builds the systems that share the same switches, cabinets and fiber backbone, the IP plan, VLAN structure and cabinet layout fit together from the start. And you know exactly who to call.
We usually begin by mapping what is already there. If nobody has documented which device is connected where, when each licence expires or which system has no backup, we complete that first. This inventory becomes the basis for every later investment and shows management clearly which work comes first.

Hotel WiFi installation and 5651 logging
WiFi is the technical topic guests mention most in reviews. We decide the number and position of access points from signal measurements and separate staff, guest, camera and hotel systems onto their own networks. Guest login, bandwidth limits and keeping the logs required by Law No. 5651 (Turkey's internet law, which obliges public WiFi providers to retain access logs) are part of the job. For the design and product side, see our network solutions page.
CCTV, IPTV and safety systems
In a large resort, camera counts easily reach several hundred. At that scale most of the effort goes into recording architecture: how many days each camera keeps, which NVR it connects to and which views stay on screen in the security room. We work with Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet. Details: CCTV installation, hotel IPTV and access control.
Room automation, internet and servers
With KNX, power comes on when the keycard goes in, the AC stops when the balcony door opens and lights switch off when the guest leaves. These scenes have a direct effect on energy use (KNX building automation). For connectivity, as an authorised FACE TELEKOM dealer in Antalya we provide a Metro Ethernet dedicated business line and add a backup line that takes over automatically. We set up the servers running PMS, accounting and other hotel software with virtualisation and regular backups.
Hardware supply
From the reception PC to the printer in the housekeeping office, from switches to firewalls, we also cover the hotel's hardware needs. We supply desktops, laptops, servers, OEM spare parts (disks, RAM, power supplies), switches, firewalls and antivirus licences, wholesale and retail. Finding a failed part quickly in mid-season can matter more to a hotel than a new installation.
Off-season upgrade plan
Major infrastructure work in hotels happens when there are no guests. In November and December we survey, measure and prepare the project; from January to March we complete cabling, fiber and equipment replacement; before opening we run load tests and brief staff. During the season we monitor systems remotely and provide 24/7 support. Talking early about changes for next season makes both budget and schedule easier.
Which properties we serve
