ÖZER Bilişim is an IT company in Antalya that hotels and businesses call to design, install and support corporate networks, CCTV, hotel IPTV and low voltage systems. From our office in Muratpaşa we cover the city districts and the main resort areas. Our founder has worked in IT since 2006 and spent many years as IT Manager at luxury resort hotels. In 2025 he founded ÖZER Bilişim to bring that field and management experience to hotels, offices, factories, clinics, schools and residential complexes across the province.
An IT company in Antalya: what one team covers
In many buildings the network, cameras, fire detection, access control and TV system are each handled by a different contractor. When something breaks, every company says the problem is in someone else's system, and the fault drags on for days. We design these systems on one cabling infrastructure and one IP plan, so when there is a fault you deal with a single team.
On the network side we supply and install Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie and TP-Link Omada; for CCTV, Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet; for firewalls, brands such as WatchGuard. We are not tied to a single manufacturer. We choose the right brand together with you, based on your requirements and your budget.

How we approach each sector

- Factories and industrial zones: a fiber optic backbone between the production floor and the admin building, switches that cope with dust and heat, and fire detection designed to Turkish regulations.
- Hospitals and clinics: an uninterrupted network for patient records and imaging, servers and backup, and card access for areas such as pharmacy rooms and archives.
- Schools: corridor and playground cameras, and filtered WiFi with separate networks for students and staff.
- Residential complexes: car park entrances with number plate recognition, card access control, cameras in common areas and structured cabling between blocks.

How we work
Every job starts with a site survey. We do not quote before we have seen the existing cabinets, cable routes and problem areas. After the survey you receive a written proposal with an equipment list, a layout plan and a work schedule. When the installation is finished we hand over a network diagram, an IP plan and labelled cabinets, so years later it is still clear what sits where.
We provide on-site service in the central districts. In more distant areas such as Belek, Manavgat, Alanya and Kemer we monitor systems remotely and come to the property when needed. Clients with a maintenance agreement get 24/7 technical support. We know from experience what a fault costs a hotel in peak season or a factory mid-shift, and we build the support plan around that.
