IT support in Muratpasa is the core of what ÖZER Bilişim does: we look after networks, computers, CCTV and WiFi for offices, business towers, clinics, shops and Lara hotels, from our own office in Etiler, Muratpasa. Because we work in the same district, a fault call does not mean a long drive across town. That is why most of our Muratpasa clients stay with us after the first installation, on regular support and maintenance. For foreign-owned companies, expat professionals running an agency or practice, and hotels managed from abroad, we are also a contact who can explain in English what was done and why.

IT support in Muratpasa: why being local matters

When the printer drops off the network in an accounting office, or a clinic's appointment software cannot reach its server, every hour of waiting costs money. Problems we can fix remotely, we fix remotely straight away. When a cable, switch or device has to be checked in person, we can usually be there the same day. For a small or medium-sized office this often makes more sense than hiring a full-time IT person.

A regular support agreement typically covers:

  • Day-to-day problems with computers, printers and user accounts
  • Monitoring and updating switches, routers and the rest of the office network
  • Checking the file server and backups, and renewing the server and backup setup when it is due
  • Firewall rules and VPN access from home or from another branch
  • Periodic checks of camera recordings and recorder disks

If your office depends on a single internet line, we can also install a dedicated Metro Ethernet business internet connection as FACE TELEKOM's authorised dealer in Antalya, with a backup line and automatic failover behind it.

One district, very different needs

City centre: offices, business towers and clinics

In the business buildings around Şirinyalı, Fener, Meltem and Kızıltoprak, the problem we meet most often is a messy network cabinet. Over the years different contractors add cables, nobody labels them, and no one knows which port goes where. In these offices we start by putting the structured cabling in order. In clinics and medical practices, our first job is usually to separate the network that holds patient data from the guest WiFi. For offices spread over several floors or branches, a second internet line with automatic failover keeps work going when the main line drops. For accounting and law firms we recommend keeping backups both in the office and off site, because after a ransomware attack a single copy is often not enough.

Lara: hotels and residences

On the Lara side, around Güzeloba and Çağlayan, we install guest WiFi and in-room TV systems for city hotels and boutique hotels. Every Lara hotel WiFi project includes guest login, access logging as required by Law No. 5651 (Turkey's internet law) and a separate staff network. We also set up IPTV for in-room TV; our hotel IT services page has the details. In the residences and gated complexes of the area, the main requests are card access, number plate recognition at the car park and cameras in common areas. If you own an apartment here and spend part of the year abroad, it is worth asking your management whether the system can give owners remote viewing of selected cameras. For the large resorts further east in Kundu, see our Aksu page.

Kaleiçi: working in historic buildings

The boutique hotels and guesthouses of Kaleiçi sit inside a protected historic quarter. Thick stone walls weaken wireless signals badly, and adding devices or cable trunking to the façade is often not allowed. Here we plan access point positions by measuring room by room, and we route cables along existing paths wherever possible. For guesthouse-sized businesses we keep costs sensible with centrally managed, reasonably priced equipment such as TP-Link Omada or Ruijie.

Shops and high streets

For shops on Işıklar Caddesi, around the Kaleiçi entrance and in the city centre, most camera requests focus on the till, the stockroom and the front door. We set up the recorder so you can watch live and recorded footage on your phone, and we keep POS devices off the customer WiFi. See our CCTV installation page for equipment and brands.

How a support request works

You describe the problem by phone or WhatsApp, in English or Turkish. If we can connect remotely, we look at it right away. If it needs a visit, we agree a time that suits you and come over. When the job is done we send a short note of what we did. If a permanent fix is needed to stop the problem coming back, we quote for it separately. Because every request is logged, you can see which devices fail most often and plan replacements before they let you down.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you come to our office in Muratpasa on the same day?
Our office is in Etiler, Muratpasa, so for requests inside the district we can usually be on site the same day. Problems that can be fixed remotely we handle straight away over a remote connection.
Do you offer regular IT support to small offices?
Yes. We work with offices of every size, from an accounting firm with a few computers to companies spread over several floors. We agree the scope together, based on the number of devices and the support hours you need.
Our Lara hotel's WiFi slows down when we are busy. What can be done?
We start by measuring the existing network to see whether the problem is the internet line, the number and position of the access points, or the channel settings. Adjusting settings and positions often makes a big difference; if it is not enough, we recommend adding devices.
Can you install cameras and WiFi in a historic building in Kaleiçi?
Yes, but planning has to be more careful because changes to the façade are restricted. We place the devices indoors and route cables along existing paths as far as possible.
Can I watch my shop's cameras from my phone, even when I am abroad?
Yes. We configure the recorder securely and set up the app on your phone, so you can watch from anywhere with an internet connection. Remote access runs over an encrypted connection and we always change the default passwords.
