Event and Conference IT Support in Antalya

Event and conference IT support means setting up, running and staffing the computers, network, internet and presentation equipment for meetings, panels, press briefings and side events for as long as the event lasts. In short: in Antalya, ÖZER Bilişim provides on-site IT technicians, laptop and projector rental, temporary Wi-Fi and networking for meeting rooms, and presentation equipment set-up, all from one local team.

Antalya is hosting the UN Climate Change Conference (COP31) at Antalya EXPO from 9 to 20 November 2026. During this period, many delegation meetings and side events take place in the city's hotels, conference rooms and offices. ÖZER Bilişim is not an official COP31 supplier. We work directly with organisations, agencies and delegations running meetings and events at hotels, offices and venues outside the conference site.

What we provide

• On-site IT technicians: a technical team on stand-by in your meeting room or hotel for device set-up, connectivity issues and immediate troubleshooting.
• Laptop rental: by the day or for the whole event, with office software installed and configured to your needs. Delivered to and collected from your venue.
• Projectors, screens and presentation equipment: projectors, external displays, HDMI/USB-C adapters and presentation clickers, with a connection test before each session.
• Temporary Wi-Fi and networking: temporary wireless network, switches and cabling for meeting rooms, press rooms or pop-up offices, with separate networks for participants and organisers. Internet is provided through the venue's existing line, a temporary operator line or a mobile backup connection; capacity is planned in advance based on attendance and the venue.
• Printing: printer set-up, network printing and consumables.
• Set-up and take-down: installation and testing before the event, and collection of all equipment afterwards.
