Belek Hotel WiFi, IPTV and CCTV for Resort and Golf Hotels

  • Belek
  • Kadriye
  • Boğazkent
  • Serik

Belek hotel WiFi from ÖZER Bilişim means high-density guest networks, IPTV, IP cameras and low voltage systems for the large all-inclusive resorts and golf hotels of Belek in the Serik district, backed by 24/7 support through the season. Belek's properties are among the largest hotels in Antalya. Along the coast from Kadriye to Boğazkent they spread over wide grounds with main buildings, villa clusters, golf courses and congress centres. At this scale a hotel network has to be run much like a small internet service provider.

Belek hotel WiFi design is about density

Guests rarely arrive with one device. One person may bring a phone, a tablet, a laptop and a smartwatch. In a full resort, many devices try to join the same group of access points at dinner in the main restaurant, during the evening show in the amphitheatre, or around the pool in the afternoon. A network that looks perfect on a coverage map can choke at exactly those moments.

When we design high-density areas we focus on:

  • Calculating the number of access points from the device count in each area, not only from coverage.
  • Using 5 GHz, and 6 GHz on devices that support it (WiFi 6E/7), as the main bands and leaving 2.4 GHz to older devices.
  • Narrowing channel widths in crowded areas and lowering transmit power to create smaller cells.
  • Setting a per-guest bandwidth limit so a few heavy users cannot fill the line.
  • Keeping uplink capacity from the access points to the core switch, and the PoE budget, sufficient under load.

For equipment choice and site design, see our corporate network solutions and our wider hotel IT services.

Guest network, logging and segmentation

The guest network must be completely separate from the PMS, POS, accounting and camera networks. Guests can log in with their room number and surname, verified against the PMS, and congress delegates can be given their own credentials. Under Law No. 5651, Turkey's internet law, any hotel that offers internet access to guests must keep access logs. We plan the logging infrastructure as part of the network installation.

Congress and meeting rooms

Many Belek resorts host congresses, product launches and corporate meetings. When a hall fills up, delegates all connect at once, while the stage crew needs a stable connection for live streaming and video conferencing. For these halls we set up an event-specific network name and user accounts, dedicated bandwidth for the organiser, and wired ports behind the stage, built on structured cabling.

Golf courses, villa clusters and outdoor areas

In golf hotels the club house, practice areas and rest points on the course are the furthest ends of the network. We run a fiber backbone from the main building to the villa clusters and give each cluster its own distribution cabinet. Outdoors we use IP67-rated access points, surge protection on the lines and proper earthing. More on our fiber optic infrastructure page.

Around the perimeter, car parks, beach and villa paths we install night-vision cameras with NVRs sized for long retention periods. See our CCTV installation service for Belek hotel CCTV.

IPTV and in-room systems

Belek's guests come from many countries. For Belek IPTV we prepare multilingual channel lists, welcome screens in the guest's language and hotel information channels, and we handle the move from coaxial distribution to IP-based TV. In the rooms, KNX can control lighting and air conditioning and switch power off when the room is empty. See our hotel IPTV systems.

We know resort IT from the inside

Our founder has worked in IT since 2006 and spent many years as IT Manager at luxury resort hotels in Antalya. We know what the front desk looks like on a busy arrival day, which operations stop when the PMS connection drops, and who is affected by a switch failure mid-season. That shapes how we plan our Belek resort IT services: spare units for critical points, labelled cabinets, and a setup the hotel's own IT team can manage comfortably.

November to March is renovation time

Most Belek properties run at full speed from spring until the end of October, and thanks to golf and congress guests some stay open through winter. For larger jobs such as replacing access points, running fiber to villa clusters or moving to IPTV, we survey as the season closes, install in the winter months and test before the new season. In hotels that stay open, we work block by block, starting with empty areas.

Where we work

We provide on-site service to hotels and golf properties in Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, central Serik and the surrounding area. During the season we monitor systems remotely and come to the property when needed. For the wider province, see our Antalya page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the WiFi collapse in the restaurant and amphitheatre in the evening?
In these areas a large number of devices join the same access points within minutes. If the network was not designed for that capacity, if channel settings interfere with each other, or if there is no per-guest bandwidth limit, the connection chokes. We measure at peak time first, then correct the layout and settings accordingly.
Can you set up a dedicated network for an event in our congress hall?
Yes. We create an event-specific network name and user accounts and reserve separate bandwidth for the organiser. We also prepare wired ports for the stage and streaming crew.
Is it possible to install WiFi and cameras on a golf course?
Yes. We bring fiber or a point-to-point wireless link to the club house and rest points, then install IP67-rated outdoor access points and cameras. Outdoor lines get surge protection against lightning.
How do you renovate a hotel that stays open in winter?
We plan the work block by block, starting with the areas with the lowest occupancy. Steps that need a short outage, such as a network cutover, are scheduled at night or on the quietest day.
Can you support our Serik hotel throughout the season?
Yes. We provide 24/7 support during the season to hotels in Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent and Serik. We monitor systems remotely and come on site for faults that cannot be fixed remotely.
