Our CCTV installation in Alanya covers the IP security camera infrastructure we design and install for residential sites, hotels and businesses from Mahmutlar and Kestel to Oba and Avsallar, with number plate recognition at the gate and remote viewing from anywhere. Many residential complexes in Alanya are home to foreign property owners, some all year and some for part of it. Owners want to check on their complex from abroad, and site management wants every vehicle at the gate on record. We build each camera project around those two needs.

A camera plan for residential sites

These are the areas we usually cover on a typical Alanya complex and the cameras we prefer for each:

AreaCamera choiceWhy
Main gate and barrierPlate recognition camera plus an overview cameraEvery vehicle in and out is logged, visitor cars are kept separate
Open and underground parkingWide-angle cameras that perform well in low lightLighting in covered car parks is often poor
Pool and gardensIP67 outdoor camerasHumidity, strong sun and salty sea air
Lobbies and lift areasIndoor dome camerasTo see who enters and leaves each block
Perimeter wall and hillsideBullet cameras with long infrared rangeSloping land creates blind spots

Access for site management and owners

We install a monitoring screen in the management office and give the security guard the gate and parking views. Owners can be given access to the shared-area cameras that management approves. The mobile apps of the brands we use are available in many languages, so foreign residents can watch in their own language from their home country. We set up who can see which camera one by one, following the decision of the site's management board.

Winter and summer

In winter, a large share of apartments in many complexes stand empty, and empty blocks and covered car parks need closer attention. We set line-crossing rules on the perimeter wall that run during set hours, so the guard's phone gets an alert when something moves. In summer the pool and car park get busy, and reviewing recording settings by season keeps disk space under control.

Plate recognition at the gate can work together with an access control system: a registered car opens the barrier automatically, while an unregistered car appears on the guard's screen.

Cabling on hillside sites

Many Alanya complexes are built on slopes, with blocks at different levels. Distance and height differences between blocks make cable routes harder. We link blocks with fiber optic lines and power the cameras in each block from a PoE switch. Ducts, junction boxes and cabinets follow structured cabling practice, and avoiding routes where rainwater collects is part of the site survey.

CCTV installation in Alanya: small and large projects

20 to 30 cameras: villas, shops, small sites

One NVR (network video recorder), one PoE switch and a phone app are enough at this size. On villas the focus is the garden, entrance and pool; in shops in central Alanya it is the till, shop window and storeroom. In the narrow streets of the bazaar area we choose angles that do not spill onto neighbouring buildings. Disk capacity is sized to the number of days of recording you need.

100 to 400 cameras: large complexes and hotels

A multi-block residential project or a hotel in Konaklı, Avsallar or Türkler reaches this scale easily. Here we manage several NVRs or a VMS server centrally and install a video wall in the monitoring room. Storage runs on RAID, sized to the retention period. Security, reception and technical staff get separate permission groups. In hotels we keep the camera network on its own VLAN, apart from IPTV and guest internet. Near the sea we use IP66 or IP67 housings with stainless mounts.

Moving on from analogue

Older complexes still run analogue cameras. Replacing everything at once is not always needed; a hybrid recorder often allows a step-by-step move to IP. We supply and install Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet products.

Privacy and KVKK

Camera footage is personal data under KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law. A site needs information signs, a defined retention period and access to recordings limited to authorised people. We set camera angles during installation so they do not look into neighbours' balconies or homes, and apply privacy masking where needed.

Site surveys in Alanya

Our founder has worked in IT since 2006, including many years as IT manager at luxury resort hotels. As Alanya is some distance from our office in Muratpaşa, Antalya, we schedule survey days in advance. For our other services in the area see our Alanya region page, and for general information our CCTV installation page. To book a survey, use our contact page or call or WhatsApp +90 552 637 07 07.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can owners who live abroad watch the site cameras?
Yes. We add the shared-area cameras that management approves to the owner's phone app, and the apps are available in many languages. Full access to recordings stays with site management.
What happens when an unregistered car arrives at a plate recognition gate?
Registered vehicles open the barrier automatically, while an unregistered vehicle appears on the guard's screen with its plate and image. Every entry and exit is logged with date and time.
Our hillside complex has long distances between blocks. How is cabling done?
Where the run between blocks exceeds the 100 metre limit of copper cable, we use fiber optic lines. We plan the route during the survey, taking height differences, existing ducts and rainwater paths into account.
A site camera can see my balcony. What can be done?
Cameras should not look into private areas, which is also a requirement under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. We re-aim the camera or mask that part of the image so it is not recorded.
Do you carry out site surveys in Alanya?
Yes, we survey across Alanya, including Mahmutlar, Kestel, Oba, Avsallar and Konaklı. Our office is in Muratpaşa, Antalya, so we arrange the survey day in advance by phone or WhatsApp on +90 552 637 07 07 or through the contact form.
