CCTV installation in Kemer covers the IP cameras, recorders and remote viewing we set up for hotels, villas and businesses along the coastal strip from Beldibi to Tekirova. We carry out the site survey in person, draw up the project, complete the installation on an agreed schedule and then provide remote monitoring and support. Our office is in Muratpaşa, central Antalya, and work in Kemer is organised around pre-planned site days.

Why CCTV installation in Kemer is different

Kemer stretches along the coast in a long, narrow strip. Between Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer town, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova, most hotels sit right on the seafront, their blocks are spread over large grounds and there is a lot of open space such as beaches, piers and pools. That shapes camera choice directly.

  • Salt air and humidity: cameras facing the beach get IP66 or IP67 protection, corrosion-resistant housings and stainless mounting hardware. Outdoor junction boxes are chosen the same way.
  • Sun and backlight: glare off the sea calls for models with strong WDR (wide dynamic range).
  • Scattered blocks: where the distance between blocks exceeds what copper cable can handle, we install a fiber optic backbone.
  • Season: for hotels we recommend scheduling installation and major upgrades for the off-season winter months.

Small systems and resort systems side by side

Most requests in Kemer come from two groups: shops, villas and small offices around the marina, and the resort hotels along the shore. The table shows how the designs differ.

Kemer villa CCTV, shops and small businesses

For shops in Kemer town and businesses around the marina, the till, entrance, stockroom and shop front usually come first. For villas, it is the garden gate, pool, parking area and perimeter wall. At this size we keep things simple with one NVR. The recorder goes in a locked cabinet away from humidity and direct sun. For remote viewing we install the phone app and agree with the owner who can see which camera, which suits foreign owners who spend part of the year abroad.

Kemer hotel cameras at resort scale

Once a hotel has hundreds of cameras, most of the work moves into the infrastructure. We put a PoE switch in its own cabinet in every block, run fiber from each block to the main system room and build a network that keeps camera traffic apart from the guest network. On the recording side, several NVRs or a VMS let you manage every camera from one screen. Kitchen, stores, lobby, car park, beach and staff entrances belong to different departments, so permissions are split accordingly. Our founder spent many years as IT manager at luxury resort hotels, which helps a great deal with this kind of permission and season planning.

Brands and technology

We supply and install Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet equipment and recommend options based on budget, camera count and compatibility with any existing system. Properties still running analog cameras can move to IP step by step, using hybrid recorders during the transition. Cabling is installed to structured cabling standards.

KVKK and protecting recordings

KVKK is Turkey's personal data protection law. For hotels and businesses it means information signs in camera areas, access to recordings limited to a few people and a defined retention period. We set user permissions and retention accordingly during installation, and we recommend working with your legal adviser on the privacy notice itself.

How a project runs

We start with an on-site survey, then prepare a quote with a camera list and placement plan. After approval we agree installation dates together. After handover, faults and adjustment requests are mostly resolved remotely, and if on-site work is needed we schedule a visit. For our general services in the area, see the Kemer region page; for all our camera services, see CCTV installation in Antalya. Frequently Asked Questions

Which cameras should a seafront hotel in Kemer use?
At points exposed to salt air, such as the beach and pier, we use cameras with IP66 or IP67 protection and corrosion-resistant housings. We choose models with strong WDR to handle glare from the sea, and the mounts and junction boxes must also be rated for outdoor use.
Our hotel has around 200 cameras. Can we monitor all of them from one place?
Yes. With several NVRs or VMS software, every camera can be managed from a single screen in the security room. We build a fiber backbone between blocks and a separate network for camera traffic, and viewing rights can be set per department.
Can you install during the season?
We can install small systems during the season. For full hotel installations or upgrades, we recommend the winter months so guest traffic is not affected, and we fix the schedule together after the survey.
You are based in Antalya. What happens if something fails in Kemer?
We set systems up for remote access, so most configuration and software problems are fixed remotely. For work that has to be done on site, such as replacing hardware, we arrange a planned visit and agree the timing with you based on the situation.
How many days are recordings kept?
Retention depends on camera count, resolution and disk capacity. For small systems we usually aim for 15 to 30 days, and for large hotels we calculate storage block by block. Under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, it also matters not to keep footage longer than necessary.
