CCTV installation in Dosemealti (Döşemealtı) is the IP camera and recording system we design and install for the district's villas and for the factories and warehouses of the Antalya Organised Industrial Zone (OSB), covering perimeters, gates and indoor areas. Döşemealtı sits just north of the city and has filled with detached houses and villas over the last few years, bought by families leaving central Antalya and by foreign owners who want more space. Our office is in Etiler, Muratpaşa, and we work in Döşemealtı regularly on both villa projects and industrial sites. Our other services in the district are on the Döşemealtı region page.

CCTV installation in Dosemealti for villas

On a villa plot the points worth covering are the garden boundary, the main gate, parking, the pool area and the entrance sides of the house. Plots away from the city lights get very dark at night, so we choose cameras with colour night vision or strong infrared and test them together with the garden lighting after installation. Most villas need 6 to 12 cameras. Larger plots with a guest house, staff building or long boundary wall go up to 20 to 30, which still runs on a single recorder.

Owners watch live from their phone and go back to the recording when something happens. If you spend part of the year abroad, we install the app on your phone before handover, agree which cameras you see, and keep all recording on the NVR inside the house, so nothing is lost if the internet drops.

If the villa is still being built, this is the best time to talk to us. Fixing camera points before plastering and landscaping keeps the job tidy and cheaper; adding cable later means cutting into finished walls. If you are planning a smart home, the door camera can appear on the touch panel and work with the doorbell and gate. We design that together with the automation, as described on our villas and smart homes page.

Factories and warehouses in Antalya OSB

Sites in the industrial zone have a lot in common: large plots, long perimeter walls and vehicle traffic all day. We plan a factory in four layers:

  • Perimeter: narrow-lens cameras with long infrared range along the walls, wide-angle models at the corners.
  • Vehicle and staff gates: a number plate recognition (ANPR) camera at the truck gate and a clear, face-level view at the staff turnstile.
  • Loading bays and open stock areas: overlapping angles so no shipment or forklift movement is missed.
  • Production halls: lenses chosen for high ceilings and IP67 housings that cope with dust and heat.

The mistake we see most often in high halls is the wrong lens. The camera covers the floor, but nobody in the picture can be recognised. We measure mounting height and viewing distance during the survey and choose the lens to match.

20 to 30 cameras or 100 to 400: what changes

As the camera count grows, the weight of the work moves from the cameras to the infrastructure behind them. These are the two sizes we meet most often in Döşemealtı:

TopicVilla or small business (20 to 30 cameras)Factory or OSB site (100 to 400 cameras)
RecordingOne 32-channel NVRSeveral NVRs or central VMS software
Storage2 to 4 disks, sized to the days you want to keepRAID storage, so a failed disk does not lose footage
NetworkOne or two PoE switchesA PoE switch in each building, fibre between buildings
CabinetOne wall cabinet in the technical roomA cabinet in each hall plus a main system room
ViewingPhone app and a TV screenGatehouse and central control room with a video wall
AccessOwner plus one or two usersSeparate roles for security, production and management

Storage depends on resolution, compression (H.265), recording mode and how many days you want to keep. Thirty days of footage from 300 cameras will not fit in one box, so we split recorders by hall and bring them together in one VMS screen. On OSB plots the distance between the office, the halls and the warehouse often passes 100 metres, the practical limit of copper Ethernet, so buildings are linked with fibre and Cat6 is used inside each one. If head office wants to watch the site remotely, upload speed matters as much as the cameras; a Metro Ethernet business line is one option for larger facilities.

Brands

We supply and install Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook and Hanwha Wisenet. A budget-friendly series is usually enough for a villa, while an OSB perimeter benefits from models with stronger video analytics. If your site still runs old analogue cameras, we compare upgrade paths with you during the survey.

Privacy and access to recordings

Under KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, camera footage is personal data. Factories should put up signs where staff and visitors can see them, set a written retention period and limit access to authorised people. We create user accounts on that basis. At villas we mask any angle that looks too far into a neighbour's plot or the road.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to install 20 to 25 cameras at a villa in Döşemealtı?
If conduits are already in place, mounting the cameras, setting up the NVR and configuring your phone usually takes two to three working days. Without conduits, the cable route sets the timeline. We give you a clear work plan after the survey.
Our garden is very dark at night. Will the picture be clear?
Cameras with colour night vision or strong infrared give usable images even in a dark garden. After installation we run a night test and adjust the angles and garden lighting together with you.
I live abroad for part of the year. Can I watch the villa from my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone before handover and agree which cameras you see. Recording stays on the NVR inside the house, so it continues even if the internet goes down, and you can play it back once the connection returns.
How would you plan a 200-camera system for a factory in the OSB?
First we lay out cameras for the perimeter, gates, loading bays and halls. Then we place the fibre links between buildings, a PoE switch in each building and the cabinets. Recording runs on several NVRs or a central VMS and is watched from one screen in the security room.
How many days of recordings are kept?
You decide, and we size the disks to match the number of cameras, resolution and recording mode. Villas usually ask for 15 to 30 days; factories often want 30 days or more.
